How do I schedule my appointment?
After purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on booking a time for your session.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
Once one-on-one coaching is scheduled, appointments are considered set. However, if necessary, you may request to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' advance notice.
What if I need to miss or cancel my appointment?
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! You can book additional sessions as needed. Simply return to our coaching page to purchase another session.
What options are available if I’m not fully satisfied with my purchase?
If you're not fully satisfied with your coaching experience, please contact us to discuss whether your purchase may be eligible for a refund.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and request a refund, which will be issued minus a 7% transaction fee. To cancel, please reach out to us at fruitfuljems@gmail.com.
Please note that once a coaching session has been completed, refunds are no longer available.
